There is a future in Yedi Vadi Schools!

Think, Understand, Learn, Have Fun and Love...

Although there are many definitions, education is the process of changes in human attitudes and behaviors that occur consciously in accordance with the aims of education. In this respect, education is the preparation of future generations for life in all its dimensions…

Yedi Vadi Vision

As Yedi Vadi Schools, we set out to bring a new vision to the education and training sector in Bursa. As it is known, private schools are commercial organizations with exceptions. However, we are not a commercial organization or a trading house. Based on this fact, we have created a new educational project under the name of Yedi Vadi Schools with our different perspective and years of experience in education. Although there are many definitions, education is the process of changes in human attitudes and behaviors that occur consciously in accordance with the aims of education. In this respect, education is the preparation of future generations for life in all its dimensions. In another aspect, it is as old as the history of mankind and is almost the fundamental basis for sustaining life both as an individual and as a society. It is as essential as water and bread. There is no doubt that the success of societies is directly proportional to the ability of the new generation to walk confidently into the future and to contribute to life with their knowledge and experience. Educational institutions are roughly the environments where these activities are carried out. In other words, schools are educational habitats where systematic education and training activities in which all cognitive, linguistic, social, cultural and intellectual knowledge and skills of the individual are shaped are carried out in integrity.

New Vision in Education

Education is one of the fundamental rights guaranteed by international conventions and the constitution of our country. Accordingly, no one can be deprived, excluded or prevented from the right to education. The state, which holds the power of sovereignty, has to take all necessary measures in this regard. In this respect, what is essential in our country is that education activities are carried out by the state in every aspect in accordance with the social state understanding. However, especially in recent years, the state power has also shared this responsibility with the private sector, preferably on the condition that it has the necessary legal grounds and control authority. In this respect, private schools have become partners in the state’s responsibility in the field of education. However, the real issue is whether the private education sector, as a stakeholder of the public sector, carries out its educational activities with the sensitivity and responsibility it should have. Although there are exceptions, for the most part, the private education sector fails to fulfill its responsibility in this respect. Perhaps it is this need that gave birth to Yedi Vadi. Because according to our founding logic, which is only an educator, educational institutions that provide education at international standards with their philosophy and practices have unfortunately still not reached the desired level in our country. There are many national and local private education institutions that have come to the forefront with their commercial activities rather than education and training services. In summary, we, who are not the merchants of education but the architects of minds, with our motto ‘From Yedi Vadi to Yedi Zirveye’ (From Seven Valleys to Seven Summits), have adopted the principle of raising minds in the private education sector that go beyond the standards that have become ordinary in our region and in our country, that put philosophy education at the center and break the memorization with all education and training practices, that think freely and produce original, acquire at least two foreign languages, ask questions, question, dream, set goals, focus on the process, and believe in continuous development. In addition to this characteristic, we are happy that we have succeeded in becoming a unique, independent educational institution with our educational philosophy and intellectual capital.

Our Management Philosophy

With a management, attitude and reflex that is aware that we invest in people, we focus on the formula of qualified staff/personnel and qualified output, and with our belief and priority that peaceful individuals can be productive, we take our peace of mind and the happiness and productivity of our employees and all our stakeholders as a basis. In this context, our most fundamental dynamic that constitutes our corporate management philosophy is efficiency.
